Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Size issues

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong item delivered

⚠️ All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are offered for size issues or damaged products

  • Products must be:

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • In original condition with tags intact

Requests beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Return Policy

  • Return requests are accepted only within 24 hours of delivery

  • Approval is subject to inspection and validation

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the issue.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

  • COD refunds are processed via bank transfer

  • Customers must provide valid bank details for refund processing

Non-Returnable Conditions

Products will not be eligible for return or exchange if:

  • Used or washed

  • Damaged after delivery

  • Returned without original packaging or tags
